Laura Smith, Senior Clinical Psychologist
Laura Smith graduated with a BA (Hons) and Masters in Clinical Psychology from UWA. She has worked at CCI since 1999 and for most of this time has run the CCI Bipolar Treatment Program. This programme offers adjunctive psychosocial interventions for people with bipolar disorder. Laura’s particular research interests are in the areas of self-efficacy for managing bipolar symptoms, psychological treatment outcomes for bipolar disorder and the role of carers, family and partners in treatment of bipolar disorder. Laura has also worked on CCI therapist manuals for group and individual treatment of anxiety, depression and psychosis.
