Improving Mental Health During the COVID Pandemic
A Research Collaboration Between Curtin University and CCI
Researchers at Curtin University and the Centre for Clinical Interventions have recently finished a study on a self-help guide to improve mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. The guide contains ideas to improve mental health in children, teenagers, adults and older adults. The researchers found significant reductions in anxiety and depression, and most people found the guide useful, and easy to read. The guide is free and available now at www.covidcbt.org.
