Perfectionism
We have a range of other resources which may be helpful for your clients.
- Some people with perfectionism may put off starting tasks because they worry they won’t be able to do them perfectly. If your client finds that they delay starting tasks, our procrastination resources may be helpful.
- Many people with perfectionism have difficulties with excessive worry. If your client finds it hard to switch off from worries and negative thinking, our worry resources may be helpful.
